01Scope & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") LeJackpot and its users. By accessing the lejackpot.app website or its associated mobile application, or by opening an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

LeJackpot is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under a valid licence. We provide services in Bangla for users in Bangladesh. This agreement is governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of our registered jurisdiction.

LeJackpot reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, you will be notified at your registered email address and the "Last Updated" date on the website will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02Account & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on LeJackpot:

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact LeJackpot support immediately. To close your account for any reason, please submit a request to our support team.

03Identity Verification (KYC)

LeJackpot strictly adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification may be requested at any time after registration.

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence must be submitted.
• A utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months) may be required for address verification.
• Withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• All submitted documents are stored securely on encrypted servers.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on LeJackpot:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed.
• LeJackpot reserves the right to place payments on hold if a transaction appears suspicious.
• Network fees may apply to cryptocurrency transactions.

LeJackpot never charges any additional fees on deposits. If a third-party payment provider applies their own charges, those will be governed by that provider's terms and conditions.

05Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at LeJackpot are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with wagering requirements (usually 10x–30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering amount has been played through.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Please read the bonus details carefully before claiming.
• Concurrent Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Misuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

06Betting Rules

All betting activity on LeJackpot is governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, LeJackpot reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, payouts may be placed on hold pending investigation.
• Betting based on match-fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LeJackpot platform:

• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Any attempt at hacking, malware, or technical manipulation of any kind.
• Using bots or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Running multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other users.
• Impersonating or fraudulently misrepresenting the LeJackpot brand or identity.

08Responsible Gaming

LeJackpot believes online gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. The well-being and mental health of every user is our highest priority.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

10Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact LeJackpot's customer support first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• Complaints submitted to support will be resolved within 30 days of the filing date.
• If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you have the right to escalate your complaint to our licensing authority.
• In all disputes, LeJackpot's server logs and records will serve as the primary evidence.

11Policy on Changes to Terms

LeJackpot may update these terms in part or in full at any time for business, legal, or security reasons. Where changes are significant, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email address.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, please close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
